We have three basic types of service agreements:

• Fixed bid projects :

  • We will quote a fixed amount after reviewing the requirements of the project.

  • Project delivery is guaranteed for the quoted amount.

  • Any additional features can added for an additional cost and will require an amendment to original Statement of Work.

• Remote DBA Service:

  • A monthly agreement with Macrobase LLC for a fixed amount.

  • This is not a service from one DBA but a pool of our DBA’s that will be committed to the service on daily basis.

• On-site Consultant:

A contract agreement for a full-time on-site consultant at a predetermined hourly rate. The contract period must be at least for 6 months or more.
